REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology is a science that deals with the principles that there are reflexes in the hands and feet that correspond to every gland organ and system of the body.There are specific thumb and finger techniques used to stimulate these reflexes.

Reflexology relieves stress and tension; improves circulation and nerve supply. Through stimulation of the nervous, circulatory and lymphatic systems, and by encouraging the release of toxins, Reflexology promotes the body to heal itself.

Reflexology can be applied to the feet and hands.

 

 

ESSENTIAL OIL BACK TREATMENT

Pain therapy with essential oils. This powerful technique is a non-invasive tool for helping to relax muscles of the back, thereby taking pressure off the vertebrae. This treatment uses a sequence of nine highly antimicrobial essential oils designed to simultaneously reduce inflammation and muscle spasms. REFLEXOLOGY EXERCISES

TOE RAISE, TOE POINT, TOE CURL:

 HOLD EACH POSITION FOR 5 SECONDS AND REPEAT 10 TIMES.

GOLF BALL ROLL:

ROLL A GOLF BALL FROM THE BALL OF THE FOOT TO THE HEAL OF THE FOOT FOR 2 MINUTES.

TOWEL CURLS:

PLACE A SMALL TOWEL ON THE FLOOR AND CURL IT TOWARD YOU USING ONLY YOUR TOES, REPEAT 5 TIMES.

MARBLE PICK UP:

PLACE A MARBLE ON THE FLOOR, PICK UP THE MARBLE AND PUT IT IN A SMALL BOWL 20 TIMES, OR USE 20 MARBLES AND PLACE EACH IN THE BOWL. PENCILS AND TOWELS CAN BE USED FOR THIS EXERCISE AS WELL
